Design, engineering and media buying sit together. There is nobody to blame when the ad and the landing page disagree, because the same team owns both.
Layout is an argument about what to emphasise. You cannot make that argument against lorem ipsum, so we write the real copy first, every time.
Products are judged on the paths nobody demos. Multi-role systems with money moving through them — portals, marketplaces, an LMS with payouts — are our default shape.
Every build is deployed on infrastructure you own, with the release process written down. The next change should not require us to be reachable.
