Everything also had to reconcile with JobDiva, the ATS the business actually runs on. A portal that disagrees with the ATS is worse than no portal at all.

We designed and built the whole platform: a job search across all fifty states, a clinician portal with skills assessments and onboarding packets, a recruiter desk with candidate ownership trees and lead attribution, and an admin surface that can see every recruiter’s conversions. The referral system tracks the full ledger — who referred whom, when they became eligible at thirty consecutive days on assignment, and what they are owed.
