Snackit runs smart, cashless vending machines in offices, campuses, hospitals and transit hubs across India, at zero capital cost to the site. Ten years in, the business had outgrown a site that still explained it as a snack company.
Challenge & Approach
The offer is genuinely unusual — the machine, the stocking, the servicing and the restocking are all Snackit’s problem, and the workplace pays nothing up front. That is the whole pitch, and it was buried three scrolls down.
There were also two very different audiences arriving on the same page: facilities managers who want a machine installed, and brands who want their product stocked in two thousand of them. One page was trying to be both.
- Lead the page with the zero-capital offer, not the snacks
- Split the facilities-manager and brand-partner journeys
- Bring ten years of proof above the fold
- Make “get a machine” reachable from every screen

The Solution
We rewrote the site around the offer — “smart cashless vending machines in India, 24×7” — and gave each audience its own route through it: get a machine, sell on Snackit, promote with Snackit. The proof the business had already earned does the persuading: a 4.9 rating from more than 771 Google reviews, over 20,000 transactions a day, 100+ brands and 2,000+ products across 50+ cities and nine operating hubs.
Key features
- Offer-led hero with a single, repeated call to action
- Separate paths for workplaces, brands and advertisers
- Full catalogue of services: vending, coffee, fresh fruit, pantry, housekeeping and corporate gifting
- Meta and Google campaigns pointed at the pages we built, tracked to enquiry rather than click

Outcome
Snackit now leads with the thing that actually closes deals — no capital, no maintenance, 24×7 — and the review count and daily transaction volume carry the credibility instead of adjectives.
